Our members uphold these association standards and adhere to these criteria.

Years In Business: All members have been in business for a minimum of Ten Years.

Size of Company: All members employ a minimum of 100 employees.

Safety Procedures: The safety of our clients, customers and employees are promoted by:

Establishing safe driving habits and strict discipline for unsafe drivers
Maintaining a safe work environment for our employees
Providing methods to report unsafe conditions to management
Promoting safe cash handling systems to protect employees
Holding quarterly safety meeting with all managers

Security Procedures: The security of our customer’s vehicles are protected by:

Securing all vehicle keys in a locked key box
Locking all vehicles

Employment: The highest quality employees are recruited by these employment practices:

Checking the driving record of all applicants before they are hired
Checking references and past employment records
Administering integrity or honesty tests to potential applicants
Adhering to all Federal and State hiring practices
Adhering to all Federal and State wage and hour laws*

Insurance: Our members carry these types of insurance:

General Liability Insurance with a minimum of $5,000,000
Garage Keepers Legal Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000
Workmen’s Compensation Insurance with the minimum as require by law
All insurance carriers are rated A+ or higher

Claims Management: All members have professional procedures for settling claims that include:

A trained claims adjuster to investigate all claims
Professional claim forms at all locations available for customers
Written procedures for customers and employees to follow
A history of responsible claims settling within their region

Customer Service: Our members deliver excellent customer service through:

Written training materials for their employees
Classroom training for their employees
On-site driving training for their employees
Professionally uniformed personnel
Professional and conservative grooming standards
Independent customer service shopper reports
